In this episode we enjoy a article that clarifies why your performance should not dip on a high fat low carb diet although we are still waiting for the proof and why the answer to your fatigue and unusual symptoms may still be 'covid' even a year post infection. In a more cheerful papers, a year of hard training is still helping with diabetic control 10 years later.
